WE MUST TAKE A STAND TO FALL ON OUR KNEES!

On Friday, September 26, 2009, Muslims met in the Capitol - where President Obama was issued the oath of office as president of the United States - to offer prayers. Have we been so privy to such an event for evangelical Christians who know and serve the one true God? I understand that they prayed over the Bible as well. Now, don't get me wrong. This country is the pillar for freedom of religion and religious expression. Yet in these days and times, when our president has shunned the importance of praying on the designated National Day of Prayer which we participated in in May,- even to flippantly saying that he prays in private - has disgraced us all. Why? There was not continued outcry against the mere injustice of downplaying the very issue that will save our nation - prayer to God; a season of repentence; a humbling of our selves...The world is looking for someone who has the answer to STAND UP AND "FEAR NOT." We prayer warriors cannot just wait until next May to sound a "call to arms" on our knees!
